Omni-Line Bottle Unscramblers

Pace Omni-Line systems are capable of unscrambling round, rectangular, square and oval PET, HDPE, PP, PS, and PVC plastic bottles with and without handles as well as spiral wound fiber containers.

Omni-Line unscrambling systems run containers as small as 33 oz. (10 mL) and as large as 2.5 gallons (9.5L), and a single machine can run a virtually unlimited range of container geometries and sizes.

The Omni-Line series of unscramblers includes six models capable of top speeds from 250 to 650 bpm. This range of models assures that manufacturers of all sizes in a wide range of industries can choose the unscrambler ideally suited to their requirements and their budget. Our unscramblers are used in dozens of industries and they are widely used in personal care, ready-to-drink beverage, bottled water, automotive, laundry, household cleaning and container decorating product categories.

The Omni-Line Series of bottle unscramblers includes six models.

This range of models assures that we can provide an effective unscrambling solution for your production requirements.

  • Features & Benefits

    • Floor level, low profile linear design – Easy machine access from plant floor; no elevated platforms or ladders required to access key machine components
    • Versatile container compatibility – Omni-Line unscramblers can run a virtually unlimited variety of rigid containers with and without handles and off-set necks from .33 oz. (10mL) to 2.5 gallons (9.5L)
    • Fast, toolless changeovers – Bottle format changeovers completed in ten minutes or less
    • Flexible, efficient change parts – Multiple similar geometry containers can run on same set of change parts which reduces changeover time to zero
    • Scuff & scratch-free container handling – Linear design virtually eliminates bottle contact with hard, abrasive surfaces that scuff and scratch plastic containers
    • Space efficient, linear and footprint – System requires significantly less floor space than rotary systems requiring platform access to elevated machine components
  • Options

    • Automatic Changeover System – One touch, push button bottle format changeovers
    • Slow Speed Container Discharge – Reduces bottle speed at discharge allowing customer conveyor to run at lower speeds
    • Power Ramp – Belt driven bottle stand-up system for tapered containers and high-speed operation
    • Automatic Speed Shift – Enables unscrambler to modulate production speed based online conditions
    • Ionized Air Rinse Station – Removes dust particles from bottles
    • Interlocked Polycarbonate Sorting Bowl Cover – Shields bottles from dust and debris
    • Down Bottle Detection & Rejection System – Helps reduce downstream container jams
    • Swing Arm Mounted HMI – Provides convenient access to controls from multiple locations around the machine
    • Expanded Main Electrical Panel – Stainless Steel or Painted Mild Steel
    • CE: Certification & Mark – Required in certain countries or regions
    • UL 508 Certified Panel – Certifies electrical panel meets the UL-508A safety standard and was produced by a UL Listed Panel Shop
    • Recommended Spare Parts Kit – Includes recommended inventory stocking parts
