The Omni-Line Unscrambler handles round, rectangular, square, oval, and handled containers in PET, HDPE, PP, PS, and PVC at up to 600 CPM. The OMNI-IR Linear Unscrambler supports up to 25 container formats with reduced power consumption. Available options include ionized air rinse, down bottle detection and rejection and interlocked sorting bowl cover.

The Combo-Line Bottle Unscrambler & Orienter is available in four models from 180 to 450 BPM with 90°, 180° and 270° rotation. Handles symmetrical, F-style, trigger spray, pinch grip, and embossed containers. Camera-based vision delivers precise orientation across all container geometries, reducing mechanical adjustment time on changeovers.

Pace’s robotic personal care packaging automation solution for non-stable or irregularly shaped containers requiring puck-based handling.

The VersaSort™ Robotic Unscrambler & Orienter offers gentle handling of soft-touch and thin-wall finishes at up to 340 CPM. Handles 10 mL to 9.5L with the same tooling; no tooling swaps required across most personal care size ranges. Full puck loop integration available with custom-designed pucks. Off-the-shelf components keep the total cost of ownership low.
