The BAO-IRTM bottle orienter builds upon the proven performance of the Omni-Line BAO design, now featuring a completely reengineered open-frame structure for improved serviceability, faster bottle changeovers, and simplified maintenance. This improved layout provides better technician access, allowing easier movement within the machine and reducing downtime during adjustments or repairs.

Designed to handle PET, HDPE, PP, PS, and PVC containers, including off-center neck bottles, trigger sprays, handled bottles, and in-mold labeled or embossed shapes, the new BAO-IR delivers precise orientation and gentle handling for a wide variety of bottle types.

The system accommodates container sizes from 0.33 oz (10 mL) to 2.5 gallons (9.5 L), with orientation capabilities of 90º, 180º, and 270º depending on configuration. Capable of reaching speeds up to 450 BPM, this next-generation orienter is built for long-term flexibility and growth.

The new BAO-IR integrates seamlessly with Pace’s Omni-IR® unscrambler, combining bottle orientation and quality assurance for high-speed lines.

Ideal for manufacturers in personal care, beverages, household cleaning, automotive, and more, the BAO-IR combines high speed servo technology with a more accessible and efficient design, maximizing performance in a compact, operator-friendly footprint.
