The OMNI-IR™ Linear Unscrambler is engineered to provide a versatile and high-performance solution for unscrambling a wide range of container types. Capable of handling PET, HDPE, PP, PS, PVC, and other plastic containers, it operates at speeds of up to 600 containers per minute (CPM). Its flexibility enhances operational efficiency while optimizing production cost-effectiveness. OMNI-IR ensures smooth and precise container movement throughout the line. It can handle up to 25 different container formats, including round, rectangular, square, and oval shapes, all while minimizing maintenance and downtime with rapid automatic changeovers in under 5 minutes.

Incorporating Pace’s BAO Orienter, the OMNI-IR delivers a reliable and efficient solution for orienting containers at speeds of 180 to 400 CPM. The system supports multiple orientations; 90°, -90°, and 180°, offering quick adjustments to keep production running smoothly.

With its compact design, the OMNI-IR reduces floor space usage by up to 15% compared to traditional Pace unscramblers, allowing you to optimize your facility’s layout without sacrificing performance.
